These terms apply to your use of advitiaum.com. Using the site means you accept them. Use of the ADEX platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Information only

The site and the white paper describe Advitia Labs and ADEX for general information. They are not an offer, investment advice, or legal, environmental or carbon-accounting advice.

2. Estimates and figures

The methane, CO₂e, coal-displacement and credit figures on the site, including the calculator, are illustrative estimates based on published factors (for example IPCC 2006 defaults and AR5 global warming potentials) and on stated assumptions. They are not a verified result for any site, are not certified emission reductions, and may change. Do not rely on them for a financial or regulatory decision without your own verification.

3. Our content

The text, design, graphics, animations, the ADEX name and the white paper belong to Advitia Labs or its licensors. You may read, download and share the white paper unchanged, with credit to Advitia Labs, for non-commercial purposes. Anything else, including copying, adapting or republishing site content, needs our written permission. The site includes third-party software under its own licences (for example the TeX Gyre Pagella font, React and GSAP).

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale or disrupt the site, send spam through the contact form, or use the site for anything unlawful.

5. Links

We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.

6. Translations

Translations offered through the language menu are produced automatically by Google and may contain errors. The English version is the authoritative one.

7. No warranty and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
